1. How to place an order?
1)First, Choose the size of the products, and upload your favorite photos from your album.
Please note the higher the definition is the clearer the item will come out to be. If you upload blurry photos, it won't work.
2)Then you will see the preview of the pillow, Please choose the style of the products.
3)Confirm style and add to cart. If you finished shopping, please click "checkout". If not, please click "Continue shopping".
If you have two or more different photos, please repeat the steps above.
4)Go to the cart for checkout. Please confirm the size, quantity, price, and photos again. If no problem, pay with a credit card or PayPal.

2. Order failed / Unable to place order?
Note common methods:
1)Please check the network;
2)Replace equipment, such as mobile phones and computers.
If the above does not work, please provide screenshots of the exception prompts related to the order failure to our customer service email: service@livingoodart.com, we will help you solve it.
3、Can I change my mind or cancel my order?
Absolutely - as long as it's before we've started working on your custom order.
4. What size is right?
We recommend that you go to the item's detail page and pick it up according to the size chart provided on the website.

5. What makes a good photo?
Make sure your photo has good lighting – enough to see the details of your loved one’s face, but not so much that their face is too bright to see. Darker photos make it hard for our designers to capture the details.
A head-on shot is preferred. Make sure that you get the full face in the photo, including the ears and forehead. If we can only see half of the face or the photo is taken from the side, only half of the face will be on your product!
Avoid blurry photos – the higher the clarity of the photo, the better. Remember that the photo will be shrunk down, so some subtle features may not be seen as clearly in the final product.
JPG/PNG photos only. PDF files will need to be converted to either a JPG or PNG file. If neither of these options work, try using another photo. If you are still unable to upload, please contact customer service service@livingoodart.com.
